Who We Are
With a Bachelor of Information Technology from Swinburne University, and 20 years working in the IT industry, Lisa has forged a path from Programmer through to Program Manager, working in Australia, Asia and the UK. Lisa has also followed her passion for supporting small businesses with post-graduate qualifications in Business Management and Business Coaching, and a number of years of running her own small business and supporting others.
She has recently worked extensively in Social Media and Social Media Marketing, and can provide a wealth of current knowledge within these areas of expertise. She knows how daunting it is to start your own business, and to suddenly need expertise in marketing, sales, finance, law and more, and can help you to overcome some of those hurdles with your own small business.
In 2010, Lisa completed a Life and Business Coaching qualification and began working as a life coach, supporting many people to achieve their true potential. In 2014, the Bayside Community Hub was formed and Lisa’s focus turned to supporting the community and local small businesses. Her passion to support the business and general community became evident at that time, and her mission has always been to ensure the best platform and support for the community to thrive. Since 2014, Lisa has formed strong relationships with businesses, not-for-profit organisations and individuals across the community, offering long-term support and guidance.
Lisa is also passionate about helping individuals to achieve their true potential, and has enjoyed supporting several clients to set and achieve their goals over the last few years. This has included local mums returning to work after long parenting breaks, individuals who feel “stuck” in their current jobs or life routine, and VCE students who want to maximise their success and ensure their best future.
Lisa feels she has a lot of knowledge and experience to offer as both a life and business coach within the community. Her passion to help others to achieve their goals, and reach their true potential is evident, and she is excited to help others on their journey.
